Solid aluminum door fits snugly against cabinet and swings full 270 to fit flush against cabinet side when open
Unit is designed to hold 40 full-size sheet pans (18" x 26") or 80 half-size pans (13" x 18")
Pan supports are integral with side panels and are 9/16" wide (17-5/8" fall-through) on 1-1/2" centers
Fitted with ceiling exhaust vent and rear pan stops to ensure sufficient air flow to support use of chafer fuel as heat source
Sterno Can Holder holds three sternos in position at bottom of cabinet
Unit is 68"H x 23" W x 29" D
